A Cocktail Recipe from Rick Shores

RUBY NEGRONI

(makes one cocktail)

INGREDIENTS

20ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
20ml Lillet Rouge
20ml Creme de Mure
Dehydrated dragonfruit

METHOD

Add liquid ingredients to a Boston glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a whisky glass, add one large ice cube and garnish with dehydrated dragonfruit.

Drink, and make another one.
